     Additional Information   : Monument is a "drilled braced monument" constructed by EarthSafe.
                              : A vertical 5 cm galvanized schedule 80 pipe is set into a 12 meter-deep
                              : drilled hole.  Four additional galvanized pipes are set into holes
                              : drilled 30 degrees from vertical.  The four angled pipes meet, and
                              : are welded to, the central pipe approximately 2 meters above the
                              : ground surface.  The drill holes are filled with non-shrink grout to within
                              : approximately 3 meters of the surface; the upper portion of the drill
                              : holes are filled with foam to isolate the pipes from near-surface ground
                              : movement.  Antenna mount is a UCSD/SCIGN-designed antenna adaptor.  The geodetic
                              : reference point is the top of the center support screw 
                              : on the lower part or plate of the antena adaptor.
