How to reach: To reach the tidal bench marks from U.S. Highway 101 take the Trinidad exit (Main Street) west, proceed to Trinity Street and turn south, continue to Edwards Street and turn west, follow Edwards Street as it turns into Bay Street, then south along Bay Street until it dead ends at the Hallmark Pier. The bench marks are in the vicinity of Bobs boat basin.The tide station is located in the Humboldt State University pump house at the end of the pier at Bobs boat basin and the bench marks are in the vicinity of the basin.
